Privacy & consent
WhatsApp numbers are taken from patient records; you can edit/confirm before sending. All sharing is initiated by clinic staff from your logged-in session. Patients can opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time, and you can always choose alternate delivery (print or SMS/email) when needed.
