Onboarding checklist: go live in a day
This checklist helps your clinic launch smoothly on Doctecq. Most clinics go live the same day after payment.
1) Fill the onboarding form
After payment you’ll be redirected automatically. Or open it anytime: /onboarding.html.
- Clinic name, logo, address & phone
- Doctor profiles (name, speciality, registration no.)
- Working hours & slot length (e.g., 10/15 min)
2) Letterhead & prescription footer
Upload your letterhead (A4 PDF/PNG) and specify footer lines (clinic timings, license info, etc.).
3) Services & fees
Share a list (Excel/CSV) of common procedures and rates. This enables 2-minute billing from day one.
4) Users & roles
Add reception, assistants, and doctors. Choose access per role (appointments only, full billing, admin, etc.).
5) Optional: Data import
Send patient lists, treatment history, or exported spreadsheets from your old system. We’ll help import feasible fields.
6) WhatsApp setup
Confirm the clinic number to send reminders/invoices. We support normal WA and WA Business; no extra fee from us.
7) Patient App quick start
We enable your branded mini-app with booking, dashboard, and history. Share the link on your Google Business & website.
8) Security & backup
All data is encrypted in transit & at rest. Role-based access is applied from day one. Exports available on request.
Go-live tips for reception
- Use the appointment screen to add walk-ins first; book follow-ups before the patient leaves.
- Send Rx and bills on WhatsApp—patients save it, returns improve.
- At day end, reconcile collections with the billing report.
