Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Doctecq Clinic Software (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1) Plans & payments
- Trial: ₹3,000 for 3 months
- Yearly: ₹6,000 per year
- 3-Year: ₹13,000 one-time (36 months access)
- Prices are in INR. GST invoices are provided.
- Online payments are processed via Razorpay. Bank charges and processing timelines may apply.
- Plans are activated after successful payment. Upgrades are supported; previously paid amounts are not refundable but may be adjusted at our discretion if upgraded within 14 days.
2) License & acceptable use
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your clinic during the active term.
- Do not misuse the Service (no reverse engineering, scraping, bulk exporting beyond intended use, or security testing without consent).
- You are responsible for keeping logins secure and for actions taken under your account.
3) Your data & privacy
- You own your clinic’s data. We process it solely to provide and improve the Service.
- Exports: Available on request during the active term.
- Deletion: On written request, we will delete or anonymize personal data subject to legal retention requirements.

4) Security
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-based and restricted to need-to-know.
- You must maintain secure devices/networks and promptly inform us of any suspected breach.
5) Third-party services
- The Service integrates with third-party tools (e.g., WhatsApp sharing, SMS, payment gateway). Their terms and network availability apply; we do not control their uptime or fees.
- Any third-party charges (telecom/SMS/ISP) are borne by you.
6) Support
- WhatsApp support: 9:00–19:00 IST, Monday–Saturday. Phone by appointment.
- For faster help, share a short screen recording and your clinic ID.
7) Refunds & cancellations
- We offer a 7-day setup guarantee: if you provide onboarding details and we fail to activate your clinic within 7 business days, you may request a refund.
- Refunds also apply to duplicate/accidental/failed payments. See full Refund Policy.
- You may stop using the Service anytime. No pro-rata refunds for unused period.
8) Service availability & changes
- We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service.
- We may update features, interfaces, or integrations to improve performance and security.
9) Intellectual property
- All Service components (software, UI, logos, documentation) are owned by Doctecq or its licensors.
- You may display your clinic’s branding (logo/letterhead) within the Service as intended.
10) Confidentiality
- Each party agrees to keep the other’s non-public information confidential and use it only for providing/receiving the Service.
11) Termination
- We may suspend/terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, or security risk. You may terminate by stopping use; your plan remains active until the end of the paid term.
12) Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you to us in the preceding 6 months.
13) Force majeure
- Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., telecom outages, power failures, natural events, acts of government).
14) Changes to these Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
15) Governing law & disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Courts at Vadodara, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
